Eimear has a wealth of experience in dealing with all types of property transactions, including residential and non-residential property. Over the years, her work as a property solicitor has earned her a reputation for completing transactions in an extremely efficient manner whilst maintaining the highest level of service.
Eimear offers comprehensive advice and assistance in identifying and dealing with all issues and she will offer clear guidance and advice, and adopt a pragmatic approach to help her clients receive the best outcome possible. While Eimear will always try to resolve the matter by way of negotiation, in the event an agreement cannot be reached, she is very experienced in representing clients in the District Court, Circuit Court and High Court.

She has extensive experience in relation to the drafting of wills, the administration of estates and the drafting of various trusts, and the creation of powers of attorney and enduring powers of attorney.
